its impossible to "fix" dented aluminum, you only have an option to replace the unibody.
which will cost a lot although I'm not too sure of the cost.
Repair dented MacBook air, How much ?

QUOTE(kairylim @ Jul 15 2012, 11:52 PM) my fix mean repair, sorry for the wrong word >< don't think it will be void if you send it to Apple to do the replacements.i won't mind to replace it,just hope get back its perfect condition, and i just wonder the warranty issue, will it void if replace the casing? give Apple Care a call to get the right consult |

QUOTE(kairylim @ Jul 16 2012, 12:11 AM) i think just minor dent, since i touch it,i din feel like having a hole on it.so i think the warranty still got ba? not 100% sure on your question, thats why i suggested you to contact Apple Care on my post above.so its better send to wei if he still got repair mac or VR right?if repair by them the warranty still got? i would do this if really can't settle by other, cause i think send to apple to repair it would cost more.and still the same problem,if i send back to apple to replace the casing, the warranty status how?won't void it? this is their number 1800803638 |
