It appears to me that TMNET has made their ISDN flat rate official. For RM85 /month ( 55 + 30 modem rental) you get 128 kbps.

Has anyone tried this package before? I have tried ISDN at the office, and it's quite decent, around 7-11kbyte/s and ping to local servers is around 80-90ms... not too bad compared to streamyx 60ms. I guess ISDN is a good alternative to streamyx for gamers in area that does not have streamyx.

ISDN anyone?

I don't know, but ISDN is old technology, so it's probably more stable than Streamyx. But I think international links on the ISDN will still be crap. Whatever it is... bleh, I am sick of saying it... tongue.gif

^^ It can be an alternative if there's no streamyx in that particular area smile.gif IF there's streamyx...its a bit expensive...the modem is a bit pricey too smile.gif

well they didn't state clearly this RM55 flat rate is only for TMnet account access charges or include of Telephone charges as well....coz for ISDN Internet u need to pay the charges for both TMnet and TM....And they also didn't stated about the line rental for TM....if RM55+RM30(modem rental) +RM32(line rental)=RM117/month..
