Good morning...I wish I could join you guys in the TT but too bad my preve still admit at SC for more than a week time.

I might go collect my preve if the problems solved

I called the SA, no reply from him.

Friday ma, they got no mood to work already...basically you may treat it as half day only as they close during lunch time, then praying time, later may be got tea time hehe...then work for another 1 or 2 hours then ciao.

I being there twice, both also on Friday...haii. So, better dun go on Friday and never expect to get all the problems fixed in 1 day unless you leave your car over there for few days. My preve admitted on 6th July, 7 working days already, still not yet discharge...overall got 12 problems listed

Luckily, got the replacement car from ICare and hope they manage to solve the problems.

I drove to Genting when got my preve after 2 weeks time. The handling was superb and you never felt that the engine no enough power & wan to switch back to gear 2 or 1 like other car. I used D mode all the way up to top hill...left the vios, city, civic, camry behind

When coming down from Genting, can felt the engine like pulling the gear to slow down the speed...then I started to play with the paddle shifts, like driving manual car, very fun & nice experience.

But, FC used up quite a lot, you can see the estimated FC figures dropping very fast

Never think of use paddle shifts when go up hill...still not yet get use to it that time
Will try next time...but driving 100km/h during up hill, don't u tin will it a bit too fast & dangerous?

Yaya, noticed lots of myvis & vivas speeding around there...really worry for them.

Mine car also having the sound like yours previously. It is OWV according to COSE. Need to admit your car for at least 3 days.

Can see the photo attached showing in D mode...my preve also has tis icon appeared sometimes

Yup, it always there until you off your engine & start again...i also get use to it, mentioned to SC during my car admission at SC but still not being solved i guess.

may be i should change my "preve" to "impreve" thn may be all the problems will be solved

I noticed few things happened to my preve after discharged from COSE:

1. ESC not functioning anymore, press the ESC button no icon shown.
2. Wind screen got a crack line. (see photos)
3. Got scratch on paint near the front left wheel. (see photos)
4. Press button icon appeared after engine already started.







Already complained to ICare after collected my preve on the same day, waiting for their arrangement.

Haiii...no choice lo, why I not lucky enough like fulat bro, hehe.
Anyway, expected la proton service, get use to it already....as long as they able to fix them.

Rich, how's your car? You must keep pushing your SA else he will just leave your car over there like mine...more than 10 days sleep at COSE.

Ya, proton really needs someone who are capable to manage/restructure their manufacturer, after sales & service departments.

From 3pm I waited till 5 something, only the SA managed to see me thn just asked me to sign & billed me for the car alignment fees.

Ya, I should reject to sign that time. May be I not clear abt the customer rights. Learn something new today. Thanks.

Hooo...just got back home from work.
Ya, those favorite location data are into the SD card so that you will not lose your saved address after the battery flat or reset by SC. You will need to enter the pin no again once the battery flat.

U look like so free, can online the whole day
I emailed ICare this afternoon, so far no feedback. I guess will give them a call tomorrow to make appointment.

Stuck at federal highway in the afternoon, jam like hell...

Normally jam in the morning working hours & after 4 something ma...but today afternoon 2pm already jam.

I wait wait wait...for the feedback from ICare until today still no answer my email or give me a call. Then, as usual, I called to ICare, that guy ON LEAVE again
So good, they have plenty of leaves to apply...no need to stress. Good remuneration from Proton but with poor working attitude. , no idea how they going to go global la...

Finally got your car huh...7 days, mine one more than 10 days
They even charged me for the alignment tuning, still a bit run after tuned

I complained to ICare regarding the damages on my preve due to poor workmanship during my car admission at SC.
2 damages found:
- crack line on wind screen
- a scratch on paint

Being for a week already, they keep playing "Tai Chi"...said already reported my case to service team & waiting for approval blah blah blah.
Then, I found out today from service team that there is no report being made about my case.
I called back to ICare & made noise, then i managed to talk to another guy who is supervisor, the guy handling my case on leave AGAIN .
I told them tomorrow i will go down to SC & ask the service team & ICare ppl to inspect my preve; and give me a exact date when I can go back to fix those damages.
