HI, Would this be suitable to be used for a kind of decking?

Im contemplating extending the back of my house. It would be covered with a roof but open at the back (although I suspect i will install multi swing doors.

The area is approx 300sq feet (14ft x 22ft). It will be primarily used for "outdoor entertainment" including bbq'ing.

Curious to know if this is a suitable product. I want that wood look and feel without using wood.
