1st floor overlay on parquet + remove existing skirting

Staircase around 25 steps, overlay on parquet + remove old skirting

Ground floor (only Living and dining) overlay on tiles + remove tile skirting

Not sure on sq ft. Estimate 700 sq ft on ground and 1200 sq ft on 1st floor

There is no waterproof laminate flooring in the market, ppl put running water on floorboard during the fair is a gimmick, they can't even install floorboard in the toilet, there is only certain level of water resistant of laminate flooring. floorboard cannot be soaked in the water for over night, if water is there on the floorboard for few hrs and it dry itself then shud not be a problem. There is one type of laminate flooring is like pvc mixed with wood, the ratio is about 80% pvc and 20% wood, but as we known pvc is not good for health due to several concerns. Another type can be found on the market is 100% pvc which is recommend more towards commercial usage. For termite issue, pls read carefully towards the terms and condition of termite warranty, all the sellers on malaysia market stated Termite resistant instead of termite proof which means is not 100% risk free from termite attack. All the laminate flooring only cover termite resistant because we only can put some chemical to stop termite from eating it, but if the termite is really hungry and got no other option, they will still eat the floorboard.
