Also have a few questions - Can the Vinyl tiles be installed on bare cement floor ? - Noticed that some companies charge for self-levelling? What is it and is it compulsory? - Besides the vinyl price installation, is there any other charges i.e. transportation (place in Kote Kemuning) etc?
