It is on sale on Steam now for 30USD. Might as well get it from there.

Is there such thing as region version? US version, Asia version, etc?

No, buying from Steam would mean that the copy is region free.

hi there guys, got one question. can we share an original copy (pysical copy) to multiple PCs and play multiplayer with the same CD key, registered to different accounts in Steam?

Nope if you really wanna share you gotta share that steam account since 1 cdkey per steam account thats why there is no used games being sold for PC like PS3 and Xbox
