for maximum cyclones, ppl will opt for dual wield.

imho if you're anything over 15/20% crit rate, cyclone will beat bladestorm anyday anytime.

remember ,it is 15% dmg bonus from bladestorm and not 60%, as sweeping winds default unruned is 45%

So it is 45% for sweeping wind + extras 20% from tornadoes. Cool! Must try

ya, the URL is from his _previous_ gear 1st July (found in his youtube) who knows what he is using now

mine cost less than 7-8, maybe less rofl.
