Im rolling on only 6650 Armor / 835 AR / 37K HP.

Seems sufficient for me.

I was using Deadly Reach (Keen Eye). I was a Barb and I was when I see my Monk only has 6000 armor.
I'll go try Thunderclap.

So, for Mantra, it would be either MoE (Hard Target) or MoC (Overawe) for defensive or offensive build.

Any recommendation on the passive skills? Seize the Initiative & One with Everything are the common ones.
LifeX mentioned Sixth Sense (along with crit chance) but I am not quite comfortable with the dodge thing (I still have Barb shadow in my brain).

YTD was testing my 18k dps main gear (low MF% low GF%) to sweep through act 1 REAL fast. but the drops are really meh even with the gold drop.
I was able to saw 2k gold drop with my 12k dps 270%GF+249%mf (buffed) with my farming gear but that only applies to act 1 (not even act 2).

Guess you can't get best of both world I think.

DPS: 11k
LoH: 1.1k
AS: 1.72 (dual-wield, constant)
Armor: 5.5k
Resist: 530
HP: 23k

Still can't solo Act 2

my mf 100% and dps only 14k can go act 2.

if got annoying mob. change back ori gear and kill it.

I put two of my sword into AH. So , now using 601dps + 11% AS + 932LOH.. Can farm act 2 also with overawe + bladestorm.. keep spamming overawe, mob that come close will have their HP go down quite fast..

Im farming Act 2 with 230% of Magic Find with 22k dps and 200+ Resist. Loh and others r the same.

But in Act 3 need original gears then change swap when dying.

200resist can survive?

EDIT: wow, bladestorm really gooding with 60% damage. with Overawe sure become killing machine lol.

Hmm 200 AR in Act 1 also susah..I wonder whats the build? High Vit? Or High Armour

Kill faster lo. 22K with FoT, LoH, Overawe and Bladestorm.

I can la. 37k HP with Mystic Ally. Armor at 6650.

Cyclone has wider range cause the mini whirlwind can move but i prefer consistent high dmg to match overawe..

still havent upgrade my pants, shoulder and helm yet...everything is so expensive, one at a time
should be able to hit 1k res unbuff by that time

attack speed very low i know but to upgrade that would cost alot so im content with it at the moment

Hm...No LOH, and you play crit build. Nice DPS, nice resist and nice armor. 18% block should be ok.

Like you mention if got better AS and LOH will be added benefit to you, you will be fine farming act 3 and 4 with 51K HP.

i think his build if no LoH also ok coz got shield. Can use heal per spirit spend. spam the mantra

yea u said it right bro. im spamming mantra to gain health if my hp falls
im still critting on slow AS but can really see the difference if i get a frenzy shrine, the tornados spawn so much more in a short period of time
sadly, if i wanna change items for AS now its gonna cost me a fortune thats y im leaving that behind.
alternatively the only option would be to save up for a good dagger

Around 40% crit rate and 2.03 attacks per second you will see loads of whirlwinds around the map. Loving that skill.

i see that you are using an axe too. means all your gear have CC, AS and CD?
how to buff axe until 2 attack per second bro?

I also follow flix's build. :-)

His other items IAS quite high. His axe pumps dps and crit dmg :-)
