I am using Streamyx now. Anyone know if I can upgrade to Unifi WITHOUT changing the CURRENT telephone number???

Really can keep same number for Unifi for free?

That lousy customer service officer at TM office at Damansara Utama told me NO SUCH THING!!!

Anyone can tell me who can I contact to CONFIRM all these???

Really all of them like do not know happen at all for what service available.

I have moved to a new condo from landed property and wanted to move the Streamyx telephone number to new condo.

That customer service officer at TM point at Damansara Utama told me CANNOT move the Streamyx line there because there is NO COPPER wire at new condo and only got Fiber optic cable for Unifi.

Then, he said cannot use the SAME telephone number for Unifi.

Then, he said, if want to use same telephone number, have to PAY RM26 per month to because a normal telephone number and there will be another new number for Unifi.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm !!!!

My new condo is at Bukit Utama 9 at Bandar Utama.

Anyone can tell me WHO at TM point that I can talk to to confirm can use the SAME telephone number without paying any additional for Unifi???

Any Unifi agent can help me here???

Dear all Unifi expert,

Finally, I have just installed Unifi.

However, I want to connect another telephone line to the Unifi but it will be in another room.

From what I see on the current connection, my telephone line is connected to the VoIP port on the VDSL modem.

Can I connect another modem or another VDSL modem in the other room to this current TM given VDSL modem model ZTE ZXDSL931DII in the Living Hall so that I can connect another telephone to the VoIP port in the other mentioned above modem or another VDSL modem in the other room so that I can use normal telephone to make free calls???

By the way, I plan to connect both modem in different room using HomePlug. Which HomePlug in the market is the BEST?

Is there any modem available in the market with VoIP port and LAN port in a same device?

Can I setup like the one below or any recommendation?

Yes, my HyppTV for Youtube also has a dark line on the same place. Initially, my son thought my HDTV got problem but when watch TV and Assteruk, no dark line there. So, I told my son, not our TV problem, could be Youtube problem.

Yeah, when make a complain, they will ask us to wait and wait and wait while waiting for someone to take the call while not sure all staffs are really attending to other calls and still waiting and waiting and waiting and they purposely ask us to wait longer and longer and longer so that they can charge us more and more and more.

What a great HOTLINE number, wait until very HOT !!!!

Don't worry, Hungry Ghost month almost coming to the end. One more week to go, it will be over.

Seems like ESPN STARSPORTS at Assteruk no longer carry LIVE matches of UEFA Champions League.

Now HyppTV got Champions League LIVE, not sure will have BPL or not later. But if sure have, I will also stop Astro subscription and go for FULL HyppTV package.

But the problem is NOT SURE this current LIVE at HyppTV is only Introductory or not. Scare of later it become VOD and have to pay for these additional LIVE matches.

To STOP Astro subscription and get the ASTRO NJOI package which just need to pay one time fees and enjoy all the other free family package.

Well, if the subscription is lower than Assteruk, it is still worth it and also got HD !!!

My Assteruk don't have HD anymore after I moved into my Condo which they don't provide HD connection.

Seems like the subscription fees not yet available, can't find it anywhere at all.
