recently my Unifi had been frequently disconnected randomly. My area is in setiawangsa. I'm wondering if there's any maintenance being undertaken though i havent received any notification about it

it starting to get annoying when my Unifi got disconnected at the same time (7.30 pm, 10.30 pm and dawn time) everyday. I paid my bills and i don't see whatever maintenance is going on.
I think its time to call them up for explanation.
Btw guys, if the modem and router is starting to make that noise (a soft sharp noise), does it indicate hardware problem in the future?

Btw guys, the dark blue modem warranty is 2 years right? Thinking to change it to a new one because there is a buzz sound coming out from it
