my connection is from the green box at the back alley.
sort of no drilling needed as the fiber will go through the ceiling outside the house.
from there it'll need to drop down into 1 of the rooms upstairs.
TM will will charge you for over ceiling installation though.

my connection is fully fiber to the BTU.

The green color box indicates that the fiber cabling is all the way UG (underground)

the UG goes under the back alley then comes up again at the backyard area.
It follows the wall up to the ceiling outdoor.

which outlet do you mean?
the outdoor fiber to indoor fiber box is put on the wall outside the house

There'll be a fiber optic termination point.
Another small box to get the signal from the black wire to a flexible fiber cable.
From there it'll connect to the BTU (1st pic) the white cable.
