Lately saw Maxis promoting it's FTTH very kuat-kuat at Carrefour nearby my house, RM138 for 10Mbps, very tempting la ..... so I check my UniFi contract then only I realised tiba-tiab my UniFi already 2 years old, contract finished, yeah!
But when I ask those Maxis promoter about any IPTV services, they cannot confirm, called Maxis also said "don't know, not annouced yet, no information, cannot comment, ...."
Just wonder any UniFi user here managed to "migrate" over to Maxis FTTH?
Process complicated?
How's the internt speed? Does Maxis provide REAL external IP?
Got IPTV?
Any major issues encountered?
RM149/5Mbps or RM138/10Mbps, damn, it's like paying less but get double the speed
At the growing rate of more competitions & price war going-on, I was hoping TM-UniFi will do something to retain/encourage existing loyal customers, either give some extra Mbps or something in return. But sadly, it seem like they never bother, decades of monopoly really make them ignore what is the true meaning of "Customer Satisfaction" .....
Anywhere, last few months busy not able to play/test around with those "toys". Recently over the weekend finally riding the Dark Knight (RT-N66U-B1) to Pyramid (EA-N66)

Impressive I must say, the RT-N66U + EA-N66 (as bridging ethernet-mode) really jaw drop, by far the highest wireless transfer rate (as of now) I've ever get! Welcome to the N450/900 era!!
For those who is crazy about wireless speed and got budget, this 2 "toys" definitely will not disappoint you, enjoy!
