its a new number , and U can't used the old number for the unifi , so its either u cancel the old two lines and use the new number by paying RM198 or retain the old line and continue to pay for the old existing line + unifi

cant change the number to my existing number? i am willing to pay if there is any transfer fee.

Cancel the old phone lines. Just use the unifi phone. It's way cheaper and free to call tm lines for home users.

If you still want to retain the old phone number, just do a forwarding service to the unifi number. RM9 a month if I am not mistaken.
forwarding service? what does that mean? is it they call the old number but the number is forwarded to the unifi number? so i pay for 1 unifi number and one existing numbers or i still have to pay for 1 unifi number and both existing numbers?
btw, cant cancel and replace to new number coz its a company number. printed in all name cards and invoices.
thanks for the prompt reply
