Hey guys, just a quick question to anyone who has encountered this... well, don't know if it's an issue or not yet.

The POTS light on my BTU (the white Alcatel model) just lit up for no apparent reason. Now I know when you pick up the phone, the POTS light will be lit up, but my phone is NOT connected to my BTU, not a single phone is.

So it's very weird that it is lighting up now.
Only thing connected to the BTU is my router.

Never happened before until 10 minutes ago. My connection even went down all of a sudden for no apparent reason.

On Unifi BIZ btw. Have already restarted the BTU and router a couple of times as well.
Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I'm just wondering.. Is there any difference?

Seems like most BIZ users are starting to be switched over to 219.x.x IP. I'm pretty much on 219 IP too, pretty uncommon to get 175.x.x anymore.
No difference in speed though, really.

Which Biz package are you on? I'm still at 175.x.x , is browsing much better at 219.x.x. ?
*
Biz 5.
Browsing is the same, download speed the same, upload speed the same, ping also the same.

There's no difference.

Thanks.. think the ip change is part of their milestone to implement the data quota soon?

Perhaps.
Or they just want to make things more symmetrical but properly giving different type of users to different IPs.

It's easier to monitor data usage that way as well as do a lot of other stuff...
