Does anyone know the NOVA helpdesk contact number? my unifi application has been pending for more than 14 business days already. *(can't subscribe due to previous unifi account still active in system, terminated 3 weeks ago)

guys need your help. I'm having hard time surfing the net. most of the time need to refresh couple of times then only the site will fully loaded with pics and all. utube with blank thumbnails. status bar will say.. looking etc. very annoying.
Vip 20 package. ip using dhcp. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 dns set in dir615. speedtest mostly 20MB dl, 40MB upl. no idea why upload so high  torrent speed no problem.. hit 2MBps |

DIR615 (192.168.0.1) DNS set to default ISP from previously used google DNS. renew.. flushdns.. reboot router etc I guess that's it.  |
