Dear all Unifi expert,

Finally, I have just installed Unifi.

However, I want to connect another telephone line to the Unifi but it will be in another room.

From what I see on the current connection, my telephone line is connected to the VoIP port on the VDSL modem.

Can I connect another modem or another VDSL modem in the other room to this current TM given VDSL modem model ZTE ZXDSL931DII in the Living Hall so that I can connect another telephone to the VoIP port in the other mentioned above modem or another VDSL modem in the other room so that I can use normal telephone to make free calls???

By the way, I plan to connect both modem in different room using HomePlug. Which HomePlug in the market is the BEST?

Is there any modem available in the market with VoIP port and LAN port in a same device?

Can I setup like the one below or any recommendation?

Thanks.. think the ip change is part of their milestone to implement the data quota soon?
*
Perhaps.
Or they just want to make things more symmetrical but properly giving different type of users to different IPs.

It's easier to monitor data usage that way as well as do a lot of other stuff...

Your homeplug should be connected to dir-615

Your second phone also cannot. Just get a twin cordless phone set.

Hi Sifu out there,

I have been experiencing like page reload needs to be twice/thrice before the page actually loads up.

Same goes when I am to access iTUNES app store to update my apps on the iphone, it doesn't seems to load at all. I have no problem with Streamyx, but after upgrading to unifi, all these strange things happened.

Wonder if there's a proxy or what on the unifi broadband..... everything is pretty frustrated as to have it reload even for a facebook page, where all the images are not loaded at the very first attempt as well... very dissapointed so far...

Any guides and help or anyone encounter the same and how to resolve the same?

App exception error code 139.

Every few days this happens, den it will automatically be better but then the problem will come again.

Found no help online. Does anyone has this problem as me?
