Just moments ago, unifi connection died. Red optical light blinking, so i off on the device then wait awhile, the optical light became green. After awhile, red optical light blinking again. Happened 3 times already.
Anyone experience this before?
Logically, seems like its the cable problem.
*Currently got internet access, hopefully it wont happen again

This morning seems to be back to normal.

Hi Ia new 10 MB user in Puchong area
I Have already experience 2 nights in a row the lagginess when I log into my favourite sits like Battlenet and PSN network and when it come mornings everything seek to work fine again.
Tried using speedtest and everything showed normal so my guess is different country we are connecting to is the culprit.. but then again battlenet asia has no problems compared to us. same goes for the asian server's
video streaming seems slowed down too.

Unifi is known to throttle down it's server connection speed everyday from 10 pm to 4 am. Those with P2P activity will certainly got throttled. Hi guys, theres a problem with my unifi. There is no internet connection at all because there was a power outage earlier. Should i call unifi? There is no internet connection for about 2 hours already..

hi all, anyone is upgrade from streamyx 1MB to VIP 5MB applying with the promotion of first 3 months pay old price and 4th month only charge full RM149 user here??
my previous old price per month for 1MB is only RM78 (upgrade promotion), the billing from unifi is never show any charge of indicate the RM78 for first 3 months, they just charge whatever they want without detail.
first month charge me RM124.83 i call and ask they said inclusive of up coming month charges... OK fine... next month billing RM39.15 that's average of RM81.99 per month~ then suddenly 3rd month billing rocket up to 129.77 and charge in advance for September bill together RM149.
what are TM up to? why not they use their brain when charging customer? check your bill please~
