Any courier service recommended to US?, DVD to US

I don't know which courier service should I use for DVD.
I want to deliver a DVD windows 7 home genuine one to my brother in USA. But which courier are cheaper? Will it gets tahan by custom? Should I declare it as a gift? Because it is really a personal gift lol. Thank you. |

Why need to sent the actual DVD, you just need to give the license key using email... US internet access should be really fast... just download the installer from microsoft website. few minutes done... faster than sending the DVD there.
