Developer didnt increase the price because they are aware of the market condition as well as the demand currently.
The property market doesnt really rely on price increase from Developers. Unfortunately, many people only realize about new launches. In fact, many subsles offer good value if compare with new launches. This is the kind of mentality in the past that encourage people to buy new share...."Sure go up one" kind of mentality. Now, many new share price is traded at lower than offered price.
It is time for INP to start inject commercial. The problem with them is that they have a big piece of land, but dont know what to do. Keep building big houses. That good, but, you just cant build big houses all over teh 1000 acres unless this is the intention. SEtia Alam, started off with smaller and cheaper houses, thus creating a pull factor for many who cant afford other more established area. Of course, now, the price catches up.
Seriously, i still of the opinion that building a worship place and religious school right at the entrance doesnt help. Not only that it is not strategic as far as the master plan is concern, but, not the best area for those places as school and worship place given a choice, perhaps it is better at quieter place and definitely not at the junction in which plenty of traffic movement.
