I see a lot of 'if' here regarding the fencing and commercial devp and international school....someone shld give a hard bruce lee kick to the butt of the mktg guys in I&P

With jusco taking over carrefour and the rest of hypermkts are in KK or SA, doubt any major supermkt or hypermkt is coming to AI....

Even in a g&g with strata title, I don't think there is legal rights to stop any non paying residents to enter the houses. This is the loophole under current laws

The sales brochure of P2 mentioned lake or park. So if I&P builds park and not lake, can sue them for misleading the buyers meh?

This perimeter fencing discussion keep coming up in this thread and will only put to rest like what happened in Laman Glenmarie 2 when the developer finally soliciting signatures from buyer before submitting FnG proposal to local authorities. Hope I&P will wake up and follow the footstep of LG2 developer given the unrealized GDV for AI is significant.

imo, just follow what LG2 buyers did, nothing less, nothing more....each pentas buyer shld write in online to I&P and request for the setting up of perimeter fencing, proper guard house and free security service by developer for 1 year....these are what Glenmarie Properties will do for LG2 to kick the ball rolling, can anyone share the right email address that will go to the right party in I&P? |

if try, still got 50:50 chance but make sure the email go to the right decision maker or influencer within I&P.
AI only developed 30%, the 70% potential GDV stake cld be significant for I&P to do something right to enhance the potential value. |
