Just got a unit - Pentas 3 ...

Can someone confirm whether the AC pints include copper piping etc

Bought for own stay...

Does this mean that we need to hack the walls for the copper piping?

Dont know whether you guys noticed but when you drive towards the last roudabout where there is a hindu temple and the low cost apartments , the smell of factory fumes is very very bad. I was there yesterday at about 11.30 am and could get the smell...

And the worst part is that there was no fumes coming out from the factory ...imagine if there were fumes

Luckily when I drove up towards the pentas construction site entry, the smell was not there

Dunno what factory that is but the smell of the fumes is really strong

I think I&P will be building houses towards that end ...it surely will be hard to sell

I noticed that there is a hill behind the Pentas area - Will this be levelled? Or are they going to build bungalow lots there?

Definitely not Garbage - It is industrial fumes and the smell is really pungent

I have been there twice between 11.00am and 12pm and both times i got the smell

I suspect that its coming from the factory that is just behind the low cost apartments at the roundabout as I have seen smoke coming out from the factory.

If you are driving towards the roundabout, you can see it on the left ..definitely cant miss it

I used my ODO meter to measure the distance of the roundabout to Pentas and its about 1.4KM ...Probably thats why we cant get the smell ...Its a blessing

Any of you know whether the construction for Pentas 3 has started?

Is pentas 3 Being Built on the hill behind or is the back of the last row facing the Hill

I Guess what i saw is right then ....The last row of pentas 3 has its back facing the hill ...where bungalows will be built ...Looks like the roof etc is all up now
