This is the sales chart of Pentas 3 as at today?
Yesterday I went there at evening to check / look out the Nukilan 3 and also check out with some agents the responses of Alam Impian I&P side.
As what I thought, the pricing seems low and fair since I found most of the 22x80 subsales responses were quite good and breached RM 700+k last year.
I couldn't find a good unit at Nukilan 3 due to the phase was part of border and on lower side compare to Arca and Karya and most of the good units were taken. Only left those undesired units where, either directly facing T-Junction, the unit next to it or mostly nearer to Loji. I couldn't place a unit and now, under consideration, probably due to cash tight and on non urgency mode.
I went on to take a look at Pentas 3 and by built up, it was indeed a cheaper buy compare to Nukilan 3. The location of Pentas 3 is much better than Nukilans, though Nukilans were nearer from the toll.
Back to main concern, when I saw the chart yesterday, the only unit available for Pentas 3 was No. 14 ( facing field ) and No. 27 ( facing opposite house and RM 10,000 cheaper than No. 14 ) where both non blue / red pint. While if I am not mistaken, Pentas 2 only left bumi buyers and all non bumi units loan had secured.
I was told I have to register for the non bumi KIV list for Pentas 3 and if I do so, I would be the 2nd non bumi on their KIV list because they are few non bumi buyers might have possibility for loan rejected.
Today, the No. 14 was Blue Pint? Actually I forgot to ask, what is Blue Pint stands for?
