For pentas 2 owner,....
A good news... (note: this message is applicable only to early buyer) 1. Pentas 2, the building works shall be ready by March 2013 2. But due to TNB issue, i think still can enjoy 2 - 3 months free interest 3. VP..... I target June or July 4. Guys, just wanna ask your opinion. Is it better to kautim with pentas 1 contractor to do my renovation or straight to taikor of renovation like GDY construction and design?
And one more thing, do you guys have AI masterplan that is big in size. On the net got also but damn small. if zoom, becomes blur |

So har...because is I&P punya lauya buat kacau. Suppose to serve interest from March 2012, but only start to pay in May 2012. So, our DIBS should be in March 2013, correct boh?

I just called Puan Norisa (I&P) and she tell me Buyer should call bank
1) Bank should issue the letter to I&P before 31 March 2013 saying DIBS started), so I&P can prepare the money 2) Buyer who affected by delay should call bank and tell the bank charge I&P (After 31 March 2013, which affected by the delay) |
