Suggestion if really our Pentas can get that paper gain:

1) Refinance (dont sell)
2) Refinance money use to buy other developments and bulldoze that LTV70%.
3) Be happy

I have been doing this all this while. You can also just park that money in amanah saham earning 7-9% (depending on which saham) while waiting for the right development.

Dijaya development is usually a hit. Try checking nadayu 92 in kajang. also next to it = dijaya high end development.

U can masuk AS1M. target during 15th every month. AS1M can get around 6.75-7%. U have to constantly hogging your cimbclicks or maybank2u coz many people eyeing to buy. quota finished unless anybody sells. ASB can get 9% like dat.

Quota non bumi for as1m finished but sometimes can get lucky on 15th. can try. Might be lucky. Asn cannot buy via cimbclicks or maybank2u

I suggest u try to get the dates dividend of each amanah saham. Target them at the time they give dividend. I am pretty sure u will get. Some retirees depend on the amanah saham for living.
