How's this pentas compared to those from TTDI Alam Impian? Which one is better? From the external design, TTDI's looks more modern compared to ths pentas 4. Any comment? Also i heard TTDI's is gated but not for Pentas 4?

With so many future launches still available for this area, do you guys think the price for current unit can appreciate much? The area is also quite far from KL or PJ. If buy for investment, the concern is how fast the future development will materilaise and how good the demand will be due to so many units still available for sale in future.

P4 intermediate sold out?

Thanks both for the feedback. Am really like the corner but after much consideration, think i need to give up. Worried that i won't have financial power to hold for that long period. Got the loan apporoved but really stretch if need to fork out that much cash for the 10%, loan agreement, stamp duty etc.
Guess i have to be happy with intermediate unit only..sigh.

No give up, but have to choose intermediate unit instead of corner lot. Worried corner lot will give burden to me as i need to use up almost all my ready cash to invest on corner lot (down payment, stamp dut, legal fees etc) and quite big monthly installment to come for years before i can sell it. Hope i still make the right decision by choosing the intermediate unit :-)
