Yea....me too....facade of pentas look similar...........however did notice the P4 car porch 2 pillars............finally I&P did make it right.......border to border of the 25 feet land....so can park 2 cars more comfortably.

Bro........i have seen the pentas's contractors using aluminium / silver in colour material putting between the roof tiles and the steel roof truss however not sure of its purpose/objectives............heat insulation or water proofing the roof ?

The above....i am sure.....is standard operating procedure

I personally like the 2nd floor exceptionally high ceiling of Pentas 2..........hot air rises up and oso if got budget......can build .....i think its call LOFT or "ka lau" ......like this one in the photo below .......however like Lionking boss said.......its individual taste la

Bro dunhill.............photo of this loft was taken at a developer's showhouse in Rawang..................and yes.............the loft comes with a collapsible staircase......at the photo....below the floor...you will see a trapdoor........open the trapdoor.....out come the collapsible staircase.

I was told by the SA that this collapsible staircase cost RM10k plus

If anyone plan to construct this loft...........build spiral metal staircase or any thing except this collapsible staircase.....not worth the price !!

8 minutes from Pentas......we have NSK hypermarket and 2 minutes from NSK.....my favourite BKT shop.......more than sufficient to meet my needs until commercials appear in AI

2 minutes from NSK hypermarket.........on your right side(if coming from AI's direction).....corner shop.....painted yellow on the outside......think it is called.....Yap XXXXXX sorry....can't remember the full name but the shop is packed during lunch time.........
