I went to the site on last sat and inspected pentas 2. Overall workmanship is abv average and I like the high ceiling. Noted car porch abit short despite 85ft in length.

extended car porch area is more classy. this can be achieved if the car porch length is extended by 5ft and the kitchen is extended to the end of perimeter without leaving 5ft land reserve. Then this will be "perfect" as overall space within is maintained......well, water under the bridge now but it's good to have a dream

in every 10 new projects launch in KV, I think only 1-2 landed and if freehold lagi less. This makes AI more attractive when its pricing still cheap less than $280psf and the footprint is big. No a surprise to see good take up rate for Pentas 4.....

From the model hse, this 24x90 looks impressive and shld hv deeper car porch to house 4 cars.... The pebble flooring of car porch also cantik. I think pricing shld b minimum 930k higher than P4 and located in a elevated central location ...
