Hi All. My question is not related to Alam Impian Pentas. I would like to ask if anybody knows which bank offers loan for land and house . Got loan for land already. Now looking for house loan. Would be better if I can merge the land loan together with the house loan. Can anybody help?

You should go back to the same bank for construction loan of the house. No bank will finance if the land is already charged. Unfortunately there are not many banks are keen to finance construction loan if not mistaken.
