Went to Sales Gallery today, SA made a correction and confirmed that phase A2-01(b) will be 24x80, not 24x90. There was a mistake on the model house. From staff magazine (internal reading), it supposed to be launched in July, but delayed. The price written in the magazine is RM798,888 to RM1,698,88. Quite similar to subsales 24x80 price I believe.

My unit has some minor defects such as water leak underneath basin pipe connectors, some tiles uneven, etc. One major defect was underneath master bath room pipe will leak when pump on and need to take out some tiles to reach it.
Anyway, Most had fixed and repair. I have not much complaint and agreed that the stuffs inp gave to pentas 1 indeed very good. Makassar maintenance guys quite responsive.
Today notice the sunroof aluminum bars got few bars came out suspect the other end was loose. Notify the workers to repair it. Overall I am quite satisfy with it.
Btw today get to know that 2 pentas units suspect neutral wire not install properly and caused light and pump spoil. I do no have the detail. Perhaps some of tailor here might know more.

Listed about 30 minor defects. Many power socket not functioning properly. Porch flat roof have leak/water mark at celing. 2 times tried to test pump but power supply problem, have to test again this weekend. Due to power supply problem all toilet no water or low pressure.By the way i noticed did not receive telekom box keys. did u guys receive it?
