24 x 80 and built up 2739 sq feet. Not only Pentas actually, Karya also very similar but I think I prefer Karya among the whole 24 x 80, which comes with built up 2803 sq feet.

My position is different. Income problem
If I sell, I can't get a new loan (even 100K loan)

If i'm this position...i will sell for 60% gain

but jus my opinion, value of pentas havent maximise yet.....If the fish & goat jadi in...additional aleast 10% gain ..i think its not a problem..

10% gains from the actual price u bought..its a lot of M......somemore we know the secret of fish & goat will jadi may b in 6 months time

So to wait this short period of time ..to gains aleast 10% ..i think it worth to wait....some one ur unit number is special and design too(corner)...unless someone willing to buy from u more than u expect..then diff story

Just my opinion...hope u can maximise the profit u can make....

Just went to Pentas yesterday.

The guards only allow people with house keys in the compound. Haih... I just wanted to show my family the unit but need to park the car outside and walk in, which is troublesome. So, just left and perhaps come next month or so lah.

I saw some people go inside to see their houses but I suspect some are agents.

Yalo oni Pentas and Nukilan members are active in forum as Arca + Karya are minority there as limited units blush.gif

No idea. But we got positive news from corner higher appreciation 60% or above.

I assume intermediate may could be 30% which is lower than corner. P3 intermediate from 800k-880k in 2012 which is consist of two type A1 or A2. After vp may up to 1.15mil it could be vp or one year later?

hi guys, living in the real world not in the matrix, i wonder why people here only talk about profit gain. please look at the reality side as well. how many people out there willing to pay such a premium price for a link house. >1mil for an intermediate house? i feel it is more like living in a dream only. how sure you are there are buyers out there have the money to
dump? alam impian is not the best area to
live in. factories around, tolls, no amenities & still new. how hood malaysia economy? look around alam impian. there are surplus of empty houses & they are unsold for so long. probably sellers are waiting for their price. but this is a chain effect. this will even contribute to next launch by developer jacking price even higher. in the end, alam impian will become ghost town.. i dunno. just trying to exhaust an opinion..

Yes. And get the once a lifetime Rpgt exemption. I don't think it is easy to get these kinda margin anymore nowadays or even in the future.

no true or false for buy and sell because this is very subjective to each individual.
Im also not even think i'll buy that area but in fact i did for my very personal reason.

P/s: think alwix easier than do, when u need a house u will know the pain
