Honestly i am not sure myself. But whole alam damai doesnt belong to I&P. Some plots belong to IJM and others I believe.

SA told me there is no bumi lot but only bumi quota. SA also told me that the quota for non bumi reached already. Thats why limited to bumi only for P2.

The services are lackluster but same compare to the visit I made 6 months back, 1 year back, 3 years back stretch to 5-6 years back when their sales gallery was at Wisma Consplant, Subang Jaya. That's part of the reason, I issued a cheque to Naza TTDI for their AI few years back due to their services, professional enough and helpful.

If u know I&P SA very well, u would know that the team that handled Alam Damai and Temasya Gleamarie consist of a few same people. These projects are given the best team. AI team not the same. Oh boy sad.gif my dad bought Alam Damai and saw same team in Temasya

Currently there is only 1 lady and 1 guy. At the back got 1 maintenance guy. Other maintenance guys are on call basis. However, during launching days, u can see the full team. Temasya and AD team = knowledgeable and can relate to customer. AI team = dunno this and that. Check by urself. tongue.gif

For me i dont see a big issue on this. Temasya Glenmarie also made from sandbricks while the wall separating between 2 units is made from clay bricks, same as pentas. The appreciation went up to the roof, still. I am confident pentas can do the same.
