Pentas 2 ..... backlane

Ppl usually gate up the 2 ends....money to tailor-make 2 gates n 2 set locks shared by front and back neighbours.....what they do with the back lane?? ....up to them actually...

Old areas like Kg. Tunku (SS1) don't have backlanes however the by-laws has been upgraded / changed and now....backlanes are a requirement for fire/safety reasons....

Not sure which Pentas you bought.........or which Pentas your mom viewed ?

Pentas 2 .......car porch...pillar to pillar is 17.5 feet....more than enuf to park 2 camry.....(1 camry...wing mirror to wing mirror....about 7 feet)

I believed Pentas 3 .....pillar to pillar is slightly wider than P2 n P1 however did not measure that day....

Pentas 2 .....signed the consent letter together with the SnP agreement

To me........Fencing...with anti-climb fence should be priority as Guard is already confirmed by I&P.....free for 1 year from VP dates however F & G in its entirety should be submitted to the Local Authority(MPSA) for approval by I & P .......hopefully I & P being one of our country leading developers will do the right thing....this will also improve their "brownie points" in their Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) which we, as purchasers, are also considered as stakeholders.

Don't think many of us will benefit from LAD due to late signing of SnP

They have completed the divider on the front entrance.....going out from pentas : 2 ways / coming in to pentas : 2 ways also however they have yet to start on the main road

I & P is again moving the small hill backward despite having done so in the very early stage of construction.....this hill form the border between pentas 2 / 3 and the proposed semi-D and bungalows.....kudos to I&P

However I&P decided to do better maybe it was a decision made b4 Pentas started construction but I doubt it cos it was planted with grass meant for hill slope......look at the hillslope now.....looking good and feeling comfortable about it....

Bros/Sistar, Sat. night is always a busy night for most esp these few days until May 5th..............Mr President.....maybe can hold earlier...timing wise....like 4.00pm Saturday ? then also can drop by Pentas site cos to look see ?
