Hahaha jimat teh oh ais. Wrong unit hahaha.. I booked 116891 beside an end lot..towards the future "tasik". Bottom right row.

Wife wants nearer to end lot so visitors can park car easier at the alley hahaha..

Heard the terrace will be facing the south, so no "extra parking space" in front of hse.

Yup the terrace replacing the initial medium cost apartment. Mine just processed maybe a week more to go. Raya leave that day..

Frankly speaking, i dont really like the quality of houses in setia alam (not evo park) and housing area is already like old Klang. Packed and scattered.

Price is booming, yes.. Good for investment but lack class. How can a 800k 22x75 terrace offer pvc toilet doors?

AI time will come once residential shoot up and a bit more commercial areas in 3-5 yrs time. Shah alam is just down the road and u have ur own 60c toll ahhahaha

Aquina smallest unit selling at 700-750 ada seller desperet can get 700.. Checked before raya.. But dapur is a bit small (so small)

Hoi hoi I am below 30 group dont talk bad one laaa.. Struggling hard for my 3rd property and now makan pasir, haha..

Anyhow its rezeki masing2, some of the fresh grads are quite choosy and our age group rather splurge on imported cars and busy with FB/twitter to kutuk gomen. LOL! Am not a property investor, yet.. Much more a "keeper".. But as u guys said, its your circle of friends that shape how u live..

hello guys, just got my loan approved (at last with 1 appeal process), and have yet to see my LO from bank.
a quick question, i am readjusting my budget and have a query on the progressive payment.

i included the mrta + loan agreement into my hse loan, so it is actually 90% mof ++, for progressive payment, do we calculate the interest and completion of house against the loan value, or property value?

appreciate taikos help as no DIBS for pentas 4 cry.gif

Toilet in living got pro n cons lah. Easier for guests (not kacauing room or dapur).. But eats up space. Nevertheless am sure we have paid at least 20k xtra for the toilet haha
