Nowadays Cinema is not strictly of law. Compare last time, you still see alot Cinema shown 3-class triangle for 18 & above. Now no more, there after MBSA allowed for cinema.
UFO-ET are right, we buy for location closed to KK & Subang. I still beleive invest for house this area still worth, but not for Shoplot(MBSA territory). Next time I buy shop will ask who are this territory first. If MBSJ or MPPJ I will go ahead. |

Need to share !!
I have round surrounding of AI I&P project that already vp for Nukilan 1 & Canting. Nukilan 1 starting move-in & occupied. I just saw a feel corner lot are chinese. Canting I found bumi is alot to move-in now. I beleive bumi over quota for Canting is alot, or maybe more than Nukilan. Actually, how many bumi quota for AI township? May I know there mentioned bumi quota is base on AI township or each project launched? |

Thanks for your understanding. Yes, I have to survey any part of area to make sure all amenities are convenience. As I think my family stay here, is it convenient to school and restaurant? Example: At night I want tapau hokkien mee for family, where to find? |

Ringgit earned 3-4 times, but oversea property earned 10 times.
After this, I look for new house in Perth or Melbourne. Any good idea? My brother-in-law stayed & PR now at Perth. He know well in Perth and alot from SEA, especially chinese. But I never visit the place yet. Planning visit by this year. |

Never heard that burning rubbish affected to the pool on pH. Unless the pool on outdoor then pH will drop due to sunlight or heavy rain. There need extra chlorine to kill bacteria. Not easy we want to have a swimming pool.
The best idea the pool with cover from sunlight & rain. Now many pool concept is half/full indoor. |

I am very sure carporch space abit problem park 2 car side by side. The designed problem where the 2 big pillar wasted of space. I don't used any measurement material, but according my eyes to see the pillars around 2x2feet.
That wasted 4 feets (25-4=21) in a carporch. If you get type-B may slightly better deep longer than type-A. |
