Should ask InP to plant more trees coz I notice not all house got tree.

Wud be good also if the main entrance to Pentas has more trees, probably also plant flowers perhaps?

P2 I saw roads fully tarred, street lights not up yet... Hopefully can get VP within Sept, inspection & rectification work may take a month before any reno work can start... sigh...

Pentas2 VP in October.... Saw some guy from I&P who walked around the site doing rectification work, who told me today... Sigh.... Thought can be within Sept.... But maybe he's wrong...

Anyone of you intend to build an small attic/deck at the airwell? Good storage area/Game room. The ceiling height is more than sufficient... Not sure anyone has any contact on this... Mind to share.
