Let's not jump the gun. Afterall its not final yet. Too early to judge. I also live near lake though not direct opposite..hehe

How abt the monsoon drain/parit connecting to the lake? Still ada? my unit facing the drain...

The lake is good only if it is walkable without the fence. Now the purchasers are fighting for fenced and guarded. So if with fench then not nice already, it is likf a lake that belongs to others and not part of your compound. |

If the lake is built and is part of the common infra who will maintain it in future? MBSA? Is MBSA good in upkeep n maintain the landscaping?
