Honestly, I was also shocked when Inp said july 2014. Hopefully lion kor and UFO kor can give some comments

They are just simply talk nonsense only. You will get your pentas 1 on time, and maybe.... can not enjoy 2nd yr interest to waive....

Maybe they mishear you say Pentas 3 lol... Dont worry sometimes they really BLUR 1

I STRONGLY recommend you to do the following:-

1. Engage an ID consultant
2. Be prepare to spend money for renovation
3. Invite for open house (I want BBQ chicken wings!)

For those who bought pentas 2 facing lake will be cursing if there is no lake but still got afternoon sun ...
Eventhough there is a lake, if the community gated the pentas area then there will be no direct access to the lake.
I remember there is also small lake in presint 1, not sure nukilan, ukiran, or what. The lake just very normal. Not really that nice like big lake beside inp sales office. If that kind of lake better convert to playground unless inp willing to invest more to beautify it like put in some lotus, more flowers plant around the lake.

Will have lake if they manage to get approval frm mbsa...but dunno wat is the status now only.

If there is no lake there, it will benefit more to the people who buying at that particular row lo.
First, the I&P charged premium to those unit.
Second, the brochure shown "taman rekiasi & kolam tadahan air"

You want to say can not get approve ah? I&P better think twice oh.... Our purchaser is not dumb dumb like old times....

4. Tak payah ikut brochure, S&P itu bible muktamat
5. Yaka ? Kita pun takde tau....
