Good if many buy for own stay. Easier to setup ra and easier to push for perimeter fencing...
By the way anybody got updates on the lake near at pentas 2? I heard if cannot get approval, they will convert to playground... |

For those who bought pentas 2 facing lake will be cursing if there is no lake but still got afternoon sun
Eventhough there is a lake, if the community gated the pentas area then there will be no direct access to the lake. I remember there is also small lake in presint 1, not sure nukilan, ukiran, or what. The lake just very normal. Not really that nice like big lake beside inp sales office. If that kind of lake better convert to playground unless inp willing to invest more to beautify it like put in some lotus, more flowers plant around the lake. |
