the first ICS update... yes its lag... but after the second ICS update... my wife xperia s still smoother than GB...

I`m quite suprise ppl complaining Xperia S ICS problem or slow... My wife ICS without any issue...
Sony slow updates might be due to it have no bug at all or bugs that can be neglected till they have major update... Sony release major updates most of the time without them to release another updates not like Samsung which only gives promises and in the end the updates have high chances a broken updates... Just something to share with you... my wife xperia s update from GB -> skip 1st ICS -> 2nd ICS... did not noticed any lagness.... performance similar as in GB...
