hi. i am planning to buy a civic hybrid.

just some questions, hope all experts here can help me

1. when buying a hybrid car, do we still need to plug in a charger to a powerpoint to charge the car?

2. if yes, how much electricity does it consume per full charge?

3. also, what would the charges for a normal service cost? would it be higher compared to the petrol version?
