my car also got occasional jerking issue during driving. after sent to SC no more this issue but the car feels heavy during acceleration (before that feel powerful with Petronas Euro 4 Ron 97)

my civic hybrid is the first batch which was made in Japan. it got a little bit jerky at low speed. Stock tyres are very noisy at certain roads. 4x armrests at door side have very bad wear and tear signs even though seldom use this car. SC promised to change all arm rests in the next PM. Some SC mechanics are not well train with hybrid cars and they can bbullshit RON97 & above are not for hybrid cars. FC is as good as new. Battery is working fine Honda is giving 8 years warranty provided u follow their service shedule. Generally it is quite fun to drive with this car

what is so special about this fcuking battery? not IMA battery & I cannot use back my battery after change my mind (service not even done)

SC doesn't even know how long is the warranty of the IMA battery. WTH...

very disappointed with Honda Malaysia. I wrote a very long feedback on RM500 battery to Honda Malaysia Facebook but they buat tak tau. Niama my next car will not be Honda anymore

my aircon is still ok but CVT gearbox not smooth during low speed. I believe ur aircon is still under Honda 5yrs warranty

mine is having intermittent jerk at low speed too (especially after break at bumps). went to a few sc but problem cannot be solved. will try chan sow lin in my next service. did the mechanic share with u what was the root cause? I think most Honda mechanics are not skillful enough, only know how to change engine oil!

suggest u send ur car to Chan Sow Lin SC for further checking. My car got jerking prob too during low speed to high but after sent to CSL SC 2 service ago it reduced significantly (still got little bit), maybe need to replace the spark plugs in the next service.

As someone mentioned the car got sudden accelerate prob, i used to have it also. I read somewhere from Toyota Camry Hybrid owner mentioned that the break booster shut off during engine idle and it will cause the car suddenly move forward. Dunno since when my car got the problem reduced already. Just be more alert during breaking, maybe can highlight this to SC. I have been to a lot of SC for servicing. Mostly SC knows how to change oil only not really good in troubleshooting. I think CSL is still the best in terms of hybrid troubleshooting.
