They told me if my car break down half way on the road, just call Honda toll free service, they will send technician to come over and toll my car to the nearest service center without charging. Battery need to change at service center as Hybrid battery is different than normal 24V battery.

Yes. U r right. If the battery totally kong, can't start at all, they need to reset all the setting after replace the new battery. It will take few hour to done all setting and calibration. Tat's y each time we go service our car, they will run the battery testing, b4 the battery totally kong, they will advise us to change the battery. If the battery haven't totally kong, u know how they change the battery?

They will start our car, then let the engine keep running, take out the old battery and replace the new battery and connect the cable back. Then they no need to reset everything.

Yes i am. After test drive of so many other segment car, i feel HCH is the best for me with the price range. Compare to Sonata 2.4, our HCH have more powerful on speed up. Stering also more light and comfortable to turn. Compare to Camry 2.0, pick up lose a bit, sound proof camry better but FC can beat camry any time.

I feel the same with u on the Altis, outlook very good but interior look like uncle car. Outdated design and color using. Honda City 2014 look quit nice, performance also very good. Plan to get it for my wife but not so soon. Now still selling like hot cake, not much discount. Prius no more available in the market, our HCH also same. Just check with Kah Motor Honda puchong, HCH now selling at RM177,000, fully imported from Thailand.

May be one of the alarm sensor disconnect or mulfunction. Last time when i go collect my HCH, i not even drive it, when the sales man explain to me what function and feature of the car tat time, my HCH door sensor not function and my dash board appear an “ ！” symbol showing there is some problem on my car. Any how the sales man ask me drive it bek home 1st and send it to Shamelin service center to run system diagnosis checking on next day. I send my car to Shamelin Honda service center next day morning, they run thru all the test, still can't find out what problem, after 5 hours of checking, the senior mechanic engineer call bek to Japan HQ and ask for their help. Then they dismantle the door panel, at last the problem happen is due to 1 sensor socket unplug. During installation in Japan, may be the operator didnt fully plug in the socket, so while the car driving down from the trailer, the socket loose and unplug and cause the problem. Funny right? Actually just open the door panel and plug in bek the socket then problem solve.

U can call Honda Malaysia to check for the latest price. Last month i check with Kah Motor Honda at Puchong, HCH no more ready stock but u can place order and they will import it. The latest price is RM177K. Not RM119K any more.

I drive up to genting few times, at 1st i switch on ECO mode, feel lag of power a bit. Then i switch off the ECO, no need use Sport mode, just D mode is enough to drive all the way up to genting.

Mines is like choking.....but after send to service and told the technician, i think they did some thing to solve it. After that, no more choking.

I having the same problem as urs, both side armrest terrible peel off, but i go bek to Honda SC, they order and change a new set for me FOC. Thus, mines also 1st batch from Japan, i also feel a bit jerking at low speed specially when i drive thru a bump at low speed and wanna pick up after the bump. Last time i did mention to the technician when send it to service, after service no more tis problem, but after a while it come back again.

Last thing i wan to clarify with u, the battery warranty is 10 years or 8 years? i receive a letter from Honda stated they had extend the battery warranty to 10 years. Please check back whether u had receive the letter from honda or not.

Walao aaa... u kena kon by ur sc la....the front engine battery we can change it at workshop outside. Just a normal type battery but not Litium 12V battery. My honda sc quote me RM500 too, i snap the battery photo and get the quote from car accessory shop, same type of battery but only RM230 include installation.

Anyone Civic aircon compressor facing weird sound problem? My civic hybrid aircon compressor facing big problem. After start engine, i wait a while then switch on aircon, i can hear the compressor kla kla kla kla very loudly......due to Sunday HSC not available for checking, i send to normal car aircon service workshop, they said my aircon compressor housing need to change, the shaft not turning smoothly cause the sound. It will cost more than RM4K to change the housing. Anyone having the same problem?

The hybrid battery is 10 years, not 8 years. You should receive a letter from Honda saying that they had extend the hybrid warranty period together will have a warranty certificate in the letter.
