you can just withdraw to your local bank account. I've done so with Public Bank and Maybank.

Go my ac in PayPal then add bank ac, after finish fill all the data then can direct transfer money from PayPal to ur ac but need three working days to process and oso charge rm3 if less than rm400. Hope this can help all bro can use the usd in PayPal .
