QUOTE(afsarudy @ Jul 12 2012, 10:22 AM) It shouldn't be too difficult for them to copy kits...it's just a matter of buying an original or resin kit, recasting it, and getting the molds as close to perfect as possible for mass production. I dunno how much of an investment it is to do that, but if they pull off designs like G-System, they can make a fortune..and the guys on this thread will be the first to give them money haha! |

with my gogo hi nu vevo I had an entire runner missing. When I bought it I checked by counting and got correct number of runners as indicated in the manual..only to find out at home that I had 2 D runners and no B...luckily the store I bought it from replaced it! Good thing it wasn't online order too, or I would've had to mail it back to get a replacement...lesson: when buying (from a store) check each runner individually - counting isn't enough!

@ngcheechong your reviews are great, can't wait to see this one! Would you mind taking pics of it standing next to sinanju or unicorn? Just to get an idea of how tall this guy is, for those of us who don't own 00 series MGs.

QUOTE(ssl @ Jul 31 2012, 02:46 PM) it can't be any more dangerous than driving a crane or a forklift...it just has more sophisticated controls and movements, but it's still on wheels...when they build a bipedal (walks on 2 feet like people) robot that can be piloted then they're only a few tweaks away from building an actual gundam hahaha. |

QUOTE(ascentic @ Aug 2 2012, 05:26 PM) Updates Nice! This is still HG scale right? So it's as big as the Hongli sazabi, or is it a bit bigger similar to other MC HG kits like the hi nu?» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Well, it's been updated before I think.. but I think it's time for it to get our hand dirty again for this kit!.. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by pawces: Aug 3 2012, 10:03 AM |

do put up some pics of it when you finish! I SO want the formania version...even the Zaku II to Formania Sazabi would be great..i just wish someone in the Philippines would import the conversion/resin kits..that is an untapped market right there!

I hope MC comes up with MG kits or just bump their scale to a proper 1/100...their kits are of great quality and detail, but they just look too small standing next to MGs. This is one reason I prefer the GoGo Hi Nu to the MC...or maybe I just need to cure my OCD..i can't stand seeing different sized models on the same shelf! lol

What these China manufacturers should do is replicate popular resin kits in plastic - similar to how GoGo did the Hi Nu VeVo. I for one would buy a plastic 1/100 Kshatriya , 1/100 Sazabi and 1/100 Gerbera tetra molded after G-System designs, and i'm sure they would sell like pancakes, even B@n|)@1 purists could not resist. That said, i wouldn't mind a Daban MG duel, blitz, buster and aegis

I think I might actually get this one if it turns out to be of good quality. If it is even anything close to a G-systems kit then $200 with shipping is a bargain. Even if B@nD@1 ever releases an MG Kshat, it might be just as expensive as I assume it will be bigger than The-O which already costs more or less $100. I need to see pictures of the real thing before I decide. This might disrupt my plans of getting the Sazabi Formania conversion kit for MG Zaku 2 haha

Imma go shopping after christmas for the latest Daban kits!
In the mean time, can anyone post up a picture of their China command wolf or liger next to an MG gundam? I'm thinking of trying partner one of the china zoids with an MG gundam and have them in the same color scheme and such, i just want to know if the scale isn't too off. Thanks!
