yeah.. you can get a good mask that can reuse .. I think cost you around RM 20 I guess, for the good 1.. but I'm using only the disposable 1.. those haze mask haha.. RM0.50 each haha..

then for your question.

1. yes, you can just spray it over no need primer.. but provided that.. you need to make sure the plastic is not oily.. else the paint will not stick on the plastic part.
2. yes, after the paint dry, i will use mr hobby flat top coat to coat it over the parts that I spray.

u can straight panel line n apply decal after u sprayed the color paint, then flat topcoat

that is why it's not advisable to spray on runners.. for slight color changing (such as maybe yellow to gold) may not need them to be cut out one by one before sprayed.. but generally it's better to have them all laid out properly before spraying instead of taking the easy way out..

as for your dilemma, you can mask the rest of the area and spray the uncolored area.. or wash it all off with paint remover or reprime the part and respray
i recommend reprime or remove with paint remover and respray

Dat 1 can be fixed  using tooth pick.hehe.put the tooth pick in the gold chain hole to fix it with the knee part.that way it will not restrict the leg movement. Been using this method for both my pg mk ii titans and aeug.
