i'm confused as well.. but the website gives me the idea that they may sell to you the model kit parts individually (a la resin kits) than on runners/sprues.. i don't know why but that is what i got from reading the info on their website
maybe that's what they meant by semi finished? the chinese always have funny ways with words

KS-6 Kastrysha 1/100 scale plastic injection made semi-finished (released at Spring 2013)
When I see through the video and pause here n there to see what they say.. well, tat's what I can see below:-
1) over 1,200 Model Parts
2) scale 1/100 hobby masterpiece presented in PG class
3) Injection-Outlet Free Technology (no need to use any plier and polishing tools)
4) Multi-Color Plastic Injection(no painting/air brush spraying is needed)
5) It's a hobby figure collectible rather than simple model kit(built against pre-assembled robot frame)
6) No Glue is needed(High fixing quality of inter-parts)
7) Decorated with plenty of LED/rechargeable battery is used
Well, I think this is considering this more like Frame Arms.. (just that, the fact that the parts are not in the runners.. and consider it perfectly done..

I hope I'm not wrong.. judging from what's been written in their Introduction video..
