For me the person need to go out first is MIKEL, see him slowly walking on the pitch makes me angry.

I really like this LUIZ idea or putting RAMIRES there, really want MIKEL out of the lineup for a change. As a top team DM, he did not offer enough, his walking pace game in SuperCup really anger me. With MIKEL + LAMP, they both lack pace to press and cover. LUIZ can provide the constant press and cover with occasionally long thru ball and his high risk tackle game will not result as a red card compare to him playing at CB. RAMIRES can provide the energy also but only he can hold himself back from running forward to attack all the time.

i think MIKEL pace is good enough for DM but i feel he is a bit lazy/slow to press and cover, if u guys still remember the past MAKELELE and ESSIEN, they are very hardworking, they are everywhere covering and pressing. If you rewatch the SuperCup game, the 1st goal, he did not press thus allow the thru ball to happen but i dont really blame him for this, but the problem is after the thru ball is made, he stop running. 2nd goal also same, after the ball get pass him he also stop running. Come on, he is a DM, he is not AM, SS, CF he should run back is case there is rebound to clear. Then even we are chasing game, he can still happily playing his walking game

I guess there is no wrong from both side, RDM have make it clearly to him that he is not wanted and he have 2 months of transfer window to move, so if he decided to stay, RDM has the right to not let him in the team to cause any possible distraction. At least he have 2 month to decide, unlike ALEX and ANELKA situation in the middle of season which i see more like a fall out with AVB that causes the ban.

And MALOUDA he have a contract, is his choice, the club have no right to force him to go to other club and sign a few years pay cut deal which he might even get a pay rise when he leave as free agent. But if he is too lazy to go out on loan then he should not complain on his current situation.
