i think MIKEL pace is good enough for DM but i feel he is a bit lazy/slow to press and cover, if u guys still remember the past MAKELELE and ESSIEN, they are very hardworking, they are everywhere covering and pressing. If you rewatch the SuperCup game, the 1st goal, he did not press thus allow the thru ball to happen but i dont really blame him for this, but the problem is after the thru ball is made, he stop running. 2nd goal also same, after the ball get pass him he also stop running. Come on, he is a DM, he is not AM, SS, CF he should run back is case there is rebound to clear. Then even we are chasing game, he can still happily playing his walking game

as much as i hate to say this, i think lamps need to be rotate regularly starting from now either with ramires or oscar. he was best in AMF before and i dont think RDM will move him again in that position as he will decrease our attacking pace. apart from that, we also now have a decent penalty taker that goes by the name of hazard.

I actually prefer Luiz than Ramires to play in the double pivot.
I really want RDM to try Luiz in the double pivot, his long range passing ability, desire to tackle, and the ability to score goals are just perfect fit for the role.
