Will Mata play? We are usually better when Mata is playing, but he's not at his freshest or the best form. He needs the rest. Mata played longer than what RDM planned against Reading. And Newcastle is not a team where you can gamble against.

Yah, last season 2nd highest assist in PL. But i think having both Mata and hazard in the team is great. Smooth attacking, passing and movement. I think we're at our strongest when both of them are on the pitch. Trouble comes when there's need for rotation, its up to the other players to step it up. But i'm pleased with the squad at moment.

Yes Betrand is gooding. He's like a roaming defender on the left side. And Cole has no worries going forward with Betrand covering. So far only Hazard is only one of the new signings in first 11. So we still have plenty in store. I also think Mikel had a good game. Good in defense and possession. I think Meireles also played decently, found good spaces ahead. In attack, Mata-Hazard combo is super, definitely a key asset this season. Still looking forward to see more Sturridge, Oscar and Moses.

i think Del Bosque promise not to call up Mata. Not sure about the sos.

I think Betrand gives the team a unique defensive property. Eventhough with him on the team, we are still able to attack well. Of coz he can always be sub out to add firepower if needed.

Although i absolutely love Drogba, i feel that signing him back will do more harm than good.

I feel the squad is really good right now. Bringing in a big name like Hulk might disrupt that.

I dunno why, but i think going with someone like hulk is risky. I prefer some one like Schrulle, but that deal is unlikely. Will hulk play right or center forward? We just bought Moses and i want Torres to be the main man up front. Of course we need cover for that position, but its hard to imagine Hulk being Torres' backup. I'm actually happy with Sturridge at moment.

Age difference of Cole and Betrand is just nice, and RDM manage to play them together.

I don't think we need another midfielder? Lampard, Oscar, Meireles, + Ramires.

I see. It's true that we are only relying on Mikel for DM right now.
But its only a few days in the windows left, and nothing is heard about signing a midfielder. RDM may bring in one, or maybe he thinks Romeu is enough.
