just ignore any flaming and play your role. btw, don't just ignore teamwork even when you're playing in pub. once or twice they might screw up, but after that you'll eventually lead the game pace if you fulfill your role correctly

I know but when I try to make that , I end up feeding too . When I ignore them , they flamed me too much and did not know what to do at that time.

My level is normal (100wins-200games) .

When I was in range 80-90 , I had better people and opponent . Both on par but now I cannot brain anymore ''

score/record doesn't matter. once you get into the high level pool, what matters is how you play and who you meet. since the high level pool doesn't consist of too many players, you'll get to know some players that you find good and eventually play together sometimes.

I wonder why I always received bad people in my team while the opponents are pro . Even I met party stacks when I am alone too . I thought when alone , will have a game with another single player too ?

just keep playing and you need to play good, as dota 2 is very competitive in higher levels. i got into very high tier after around 120+ wins. you can check under watch -> recent games -> search -> type in your name and at skill level tier choose very high
